We do everything we can to ensure your packages are shipped
within 48 working hours from the validation of your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number allowing you to follow the status of your delivery.

FRANCE
We offer you the following options:
. Pick-up from our Parisian showroom - Free
. Delivery 5-8 days via Mondial Relay or Shop2Shop - Free
. Delivery 2-4 days via Colissimo - €8.90
Delivery is free for all orders over €150.

EUROPE
In Europe, we offer Colissimo delivery in 3 to 6 days for a price of €20.

REST OF THE WORLD
Outside Europe, we offer Chronopost delivery in 3 to 7 days for a price of €30.
Taxes and customs fees are your responsibility.


BACK

FRANCE
From the receipt of your order, you have 14 days to return your Ponctuations products to us, in their original packaging and condition. Write to us at contact@ponctuations.com specifying the order number and the item you wish to return. Returns of goods are at your expense. Please note that for an exchange, the return is the responsibility of the customer but the new shipment will be the responsibility of the brand.

REST OF THE WORLD
Outside France, returns (and any associated taxes) are your responsibility. Write to us at contact@ponctuations.com specifying the order number and the item you wish to return so that we can validate your return request; then return your order at your own risk and via the carrier of your choice to the following address:
